Cancellations and Refunds Policy

How can I cancel my order?
We have built a simple service for you to cancel your order. You can access the same on your order history page on the website - My Orders Page or on the Order History section on the MM App.

- Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before delivery of the order
- For the orders where cancellation is applicable, a cancellation button will be displayed against the pertinent order
You can click on the cancel button to cancel the order
- For a prepaid order
1. If the Order is in “Confirmed” status, refunds can be processed either to your MM Wallet (which will be instantaneous) or to your original source of payment (which will take 5-7 days post initiation of refund). You have the option to choose between the two
2. For all orders in statuses prior to delivery, refund will be processed to your original source of payment
3. For orders which have been shipped (identified by status 'Shipped' or 'In-transit'), on cancellation a communication will be sent to our logistics partner to return the order. Returns should typically be initiated within 24 hours of cancellation. Refunds will be processed only once the return of the order has been initiated. We will be unable to refund the order if the order gets delivered

How will I know about the status of cancellation/refund?

- You will receive a communication on whatsapp/SMS when cancellation is successful
- You will receive a communication on whatsapp/SMS when refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner. Refunds should typically hit your original source of payment 5-7 days post that

Can I return my order?

- Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns
- But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order
1. Wrong products delivered
2. Missing products in the order
3. Damaged products delivered
4. Expired products delivered

Once a replacement request is processed, a new order ID will be generated which will be visible in the order history page


- Refunds processed to your wallet will have a validity of 12 months. You can use the same against your subsequent orders in a seamless manner.

- Any amount uploaded into the digital wallet cannot be refunded back to the original source of payment.

- You can see details of your MM Wallet, with the transaction and refund history here or on the MM Wallet section in the app

- In rare cases, there could be failures at the payment partner network’s end because of which a refund reference id might not be generated. In such a scenario, please reach out to us on Whatsapp +918655907795. We will investigate and if valid, we will send a separate link (within 24 hours) through which refund can be claimed
